Q: Is Maui Affected By The Volcanic Eruptions On The Big Island?

A: No. Maui is nearly 200 miles away from the volcanic activity and is not affected. Ocassionaly, you may see what is called vog, or volcanic fog, which is a light haze similar to smog.  This is a commonplace and year-round occurence  on the Hawaiian islands and will generally clear up within a day or two depending on the weather. It does not affect daily living here on the island. Our island is as beautiful as ever!


Q:When Will I receive My Check-In Information?

A: Once we receive your signed rental agreement, you will be sent a welcome letter that will include the property address, check in details, door code, directions, etc. You may also access this information by downloading our hospitality app.


Q. When Will My Deposit Be Refunded?

A: Deposits are authorized once the guest has checked out and the property has been cleaned and inspected for damage or missing items. If the unit has been left in it's prior good condition, the deposit will then be fully refunded to the guest's credit card. We process refunds once a week. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notice. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your bank. 


Q: I'd like to have something shipped to me during my stay, can I receive mail at my vacation rental?

A: No. All mailboxes are privately owned and are not accessible to guests. If you need to receive mail during your stay, There are UPS and FedEX locations on island that will allow you to arrange pickups.


Q: How Do I Cancel My Reservation?

A: If you booked your reservation within 48 hours, you may cancel no questions asked, with no fees assessed. If you need to cancel outside of a 48 hour window, please see below for detailed cancellation policies. If Cancelling:

61 Days Out Or More: You will be refunded 100% of any payments made, less a $150 processing fee.

60 days to 31 days: You will be refunded 50% of total payments due.

30 Days or Less: No Refunds Will Be processed.
